J.V. Tierney & Co are seeking a Bid & Admin Assistant to join our Admin team.
This role would support the Office & Bid Manager with the day to day administrative tasks of the company as well as gaining experience in marketing & bid submissions. The key candidate would be supportive, empathetic, work off their own initiative, and have exemplar time management and organisational skills. This person would have intermediate Microsoft Suite Skills (Word, Excel, Publisher, & Powerpoint).
Culture wise, we operate an open door policy and all of our team members from senior to junior are approachable, supportive, and encouraging. As we are all too aware, Covid has forced us to work from home for the last year and a half, but at JVT the vast majority of us are eager to get back to working together in the office and this is a testament to how positive the office culture is.
