The accommodation comprises approximately 294 Beds of student accommodation across Clusters of varying sizes (3 Bed to 8 Bed) and a small number of single occupancy Studios. The development also comprises Retail Units, Café, Student Support spaces, gymnasium, common rooms, study areas, laundry, retail areas and a Client Management Suite to manage the development during the operational phase.The accommodation is a 6 storey, development with the retail areas and support services at ground floor level with the accommodation being developed across 3 Blocks around a centre landscaped courtyard. The development also includes central plant facilities, dedicated ESB sub-station for the development and standby generator for life safety services.
