Winner – Green Project of the Year – Irish Construction Industry Awards 2016

The project at Oracle Block B Office consisted of the complete refurbishment and upgrade of an existing office block over 3 floors in East Point Business Park. This included the supply and installation of a complete new mechanical and electrical fit-out for the Sales Department in Oracle Direct. The refurbishment project was designed to be a ‘Best in Class’ Project and achieved a LEED Platinum Standard. It incorporates innovative layouts for a sales environment. The area for the project is over 6,000m² based on 3 floors of offices, 2 atria, and a rooftop plant area.

J.V. Tierney & Co. provided the Mechanical, Electrical and Sustainable Engineering Design services on this project. J.V. Tierney & Co. also acted in the role of LEED Commissioning Agent (CxA), acting on behalf of Oracle.
