Construction of a 6-storey shared living residential development comprising 212 No. bedspaces with circulation core and photovoltaic panels at roof level. Development includes provision of a communal kitchen/dining room at each level and a communal resident amenity space including a gymnasium, launderette, storage lockers, reception area, resident function/cinema room, and a landscaped roof garden at 5^th floor level.

JVT provided the Mechanical, Electrical & Sustainable Design on the project which included Centralised Heating & Water Services, AV Design, Access Control vis handsfree door access system, and Lighting Services including the installation of Dali Control Lighting System.

Sustainable Design Features:

• Environmental control – each unit has a thermostat and 2 port valves,
• Lighting design that employs the latest lighting and lighting control technologies to reduce watts/per m²
• Building Energy Rating (BER) – A3 SBEMie energy model
