This landmark development in the heart of Dublin City involved the re-development and extension to Roches Stores Department Store, which was then rented by Debenhams. This development, with an overall area 21,500m², was the flagship store for the Roches Stores Retail Group located in the heart of Ireland’s busiest shopping street.  The works consisted of integrating three separate buildings into one superstore.  Two additional floors were added to the existing four floors and interconnecting spine walls were removed to create an open plan store with a large central atrium for circulation.  Throughout the project, the store continued to trade requiring works in sensitive areas to be scheduled out of hours while keeping service shutdowns to a minimum.
