CAT B Bespoke Fit-Out of the former FAS Office to an LEED ‘Gold’ Standard

Baggot Plaza is a Kennedy Wilson development of the former FAS office on Upper Baggot Street. The re-development includes a CAT B Bespoke Fit-Out consisting of alterations, extension and refurbishment of the existing structure. The buildings footprint is increased by 50% and a new “internal street” was developed to link the three main office blocks.

This 17,000m² (180,000ft²) building has a total of 8 storeys, including the undercroft carpark and ancillary areas. The majority of the building plant is located within two roof-top plant rooms on the central block. This building was designed to a LEED Gold Standard.

  • Full Dimming Daylight and Presence Lighting Control
  • Cat 6A IT Infrastructure c/w Fibre Backbone
  • Access Control System linked with Facilities Database and Security
  • Security and CCTV Installation to the Bank’s Standard
  • Modification of the existing main board to incorporate a single tenant
  • New building Generator to cater for full load – 2500kVA fully synchronised to the grid.
  • Upgrade for the Building Management System (BMS)
  • Building designed to LEED ‘Gold’ Accreditation and BER B1 Rating
