JV Tierney were delighted to see Niche Living Rathmines, a build-to rent shared living residential development, recently achieve LEED Gold certification. This project was completed to the highest standards of sustainability. JV Tierney’s advised on the latest technologies to enable the project to meet its energy performance goals which included photovoltaic panels to provide renewable energy, Air Source Heat Pumps for efficient heating and lighting controls to maximise the use of natural light.
