Eoin MacEntee is an Associate Director and Senior Engineer at JV Tierney with over 20 years’ experience in Building Services Design. Eoin first joined the company in 1996 and then rejoined in 2013. During this time he has been involved at Senior Level in many complex projects in the Residential, Commercial and Healthcare sectors.

Eoin was the Lead Engineer on the award-winning National Forensics Mental Health Services Facility in Portrane, one of our largest HSE projects to date. This development provides secure mental health units for children and adults with diverse healthcare, social and criminogenic needs and risks. The projects design was recognised at the Design in Mental Health 2023 Awards, where it was named ‘Project of the Year – New Build International’, and ‘Outside Space of the Year’.
