One Opera Square, is a world-class six-storey office block in the heart of Limerick City Center. The building offers 106,850 sq. ft of Grade A office space across the five floors with capacity to accommodate 1,000 employees. It also features three ground floors, retail and restaurant units including underground car parking.
Designed in accordance with a decarbonisation strategy with flexibility and innovation at its core, One Opera Square includes the largest floor plate within the wider Opera Square scheme. In addition to its nZEB status, the office building core and shell is LEED platinum registered.
The sustainability first design integrates natural elements across the world class development to enhance well-being and productivity. This is evident throughout the building, with the inclusion of large terraces and other outdoor spaces helping to foster creativity and collaboration.
A key element that sets One Opera Square apart is its commitment to meeting the highest international standards in sustainability, wellness, and IT connectivity – achieving WELL Platinum, Wired Score Platinum accreditation and EU Taxonomy Compliant.
