Ciaran is a Chartered Engineer with 25 years’ experience in the Building Services Engineering Industry. He has extensive experience in a wide range of projects in both the Public and Private sectors, with particular experience on the management and engineering of projects in the Education and Healthcare sectors as well as in Commercial Fit-out Projects, such as Oracle plc Buildings at East Point and Galway. Ciaran would utilize the latest technologies in line with climate mitigation plan and techniques in energy efficient design.

Ciaran has delivered a number of projects in the Mater Hospital, such as the Acute Medical Assessment Unit, the Acute Medical Short Stay Unit, the Ophthalmic Theatres and the new 110-Bed Rock Wing.

Ciaran has also worked on our most prestigious projects such as the Redevelopment of St Vincent’s Hospital, Elm Park, Dublin and acts as our Technical Advisor for the Department of Education and Skills on the Public Private Partnership Rapid Build Schools. Ciaran would ensure the Building Control Amended Regulations (BCAR) are adhered to including carrying out the relevant health and safety inspections and construction monitoring.

Ciaran’s particular skills include developing and maintaining client relationships, managing and exceeding their expectations in energy efficient design and cost efficiency, ensuring milestone dates are met and that his team offer high quality engineering solutions.
